The bus station is open for travellers every day from 05:00 to 23:00, and from 23:00 to 05:00 travellers can use the night waiting room. In evening hours announcements are made through loudspeakers.

Ticket offices
There are five ticket offices on the Bus Station’s premises, which, thanks to the Bus Station’s integrated service system, sell tickets for the bus connections departing from the Warszawa Zachodnia Bus Station and Warszawa Stadion Bus Station. Professional and friendly ticket office employees accept payments in cash and with debit/credit cards. Tickets for connections of PKS "POLONUS" w Warszawie spółka akcyjna (PKS "POLONUS" in Warsaw, a joint stock company) can be bought 30 days in advance before the scheduled bus departure date and tickets for connections of other carriers can be bought 14 days in advance. In case of connections of PKS "POLONUS" w Warszawie spółka akcyjna, return tickets can be also bought 30 days in advance before the scheduled bus departure date. Ticket offices also sell travel coupons for special occasion connections offered by PKS "POLONUS" w Warszawie spółka akcyjna. Ticket offices are open daily from 05:30 to 22:00.

At the information desk you can get information about all connections departing from and arriving at the Warszawa Zachodnia and Warszawa Stadion Bus Stations, ticket prices, availability of seats in busses and a lot of other useful information for travellers. We also offer cashless ticket sales for busses going in all directions from the Warszawa Zachodnia and Warszawa Stadion Bus Stations. At the information desk you can get exhaustive information about special connections offered by PKS "POLONUS" w Warszawie spółka akcyjna. The information desk is open every day from 07:00 to 19:00, and outside of these hours you can get information from ticket office employees.
It is possible to get information about connections and to book tickets on the phone, by calling the 24/7 hotline: 703 40 33 30; rate per connection amounts to PLN 2.10 net, i.e., PLN 2.56 including VAT for a full minute of connection.
